Packs: Starter $39 (100 credits, $0.390 each), Growth $99 (250 + 15 bonus = 265 credits, $0.373), Plus $199 (500 + 55 bonus = 555, $0.358), Pro $499 (1,250 + 215 bonus = 1,465, $0.340), Business $999 (2,500 + 625 bonus = 3,125, $0.319) and Enterprise $1,950 (5,000 + 1,500 bonus = 6,500, $0.300). Custom amounts from 100 to 100,000 credits are charged at the rate of the largest pack they reach. You are charged in South African Rand at the rate shown at checkout.
Credits are added once PayFast confirms your payment, usually within minutes. A branded receipt is emailed to you.
If you have not used any credits from a purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of buying, in line with the cooling-off right under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.
Credits that have been spent, and purchases older than 7 days, are not refundable except where the law requires, or where a technical fault on our side prevented you from using them.
Credits do not expire while your account is active. Credits on accounts closed for breach of our Terms are forfeited.
If you were charged but received no credits, or were charged twice, email operations@afriinfra.net with your receipt number and we will fix it or refund you.
Email operations@afriinfra.net from your account email with the receipt number. Approved refunds are returned through PayFast to the original payment method within 10 business days.
